"If I could give 6 stars, I would. Zack and his staff feel more like a team working on your behalf instead of gatekeepers at a massive corporation. Many times I have called this State Farm, Zack has been the one to pick up the phone. I never feel rushed either and I have had conversations with Zack that feels like I am speaking with a friend, and not just about policies, quotes, add-ons etc. we talk about hobbies, interests, skiing, our interest in climbing Colorado 14ers and more. I always get my insurance cards sent to me before we are off the phone or immediately after the call concludes. Due to the outstanding service, everything I have insured goes through Zack Miller State Farm and what can be bundled is due to the outstanding price. It 100% beats the last Progressive agent I had years back and I will never look back. Thank you Zack, Jennifer and Cassandra for your outstanding service!"
