"Zack hides behind his admin and doesn't call to discuss options but rather sends emails with little to no explanation and is never available for a phone call. Keeping in mind, I have eight policies with this office. I can't imagine the kind of service you get when you have one. I have been with his office for years and had this experience all along and have simply been too lazy to make a change.
